When he got off a bus in heavy rain at Sengkang East Way on Monday, financial adviser Winson Heng was pleasantly surprised to have a foreign worker shelter him with an umbrella. He then observed the man and his two colleagues doing this for a few hours "out of the goodness of their hearts".
